SELECT YOUR BOOTH (STAND):
Please see on our website www.exportimporttradeshow.com click on the “Floor plans / Booth pricing / Suites” link on the top of the page. Once open, you will see the main floor plan. You may then select the prime booth number you would like to have. Example: you might want booth # 201 or another booth toward the entrance of the exhibition hall. INSTRUCTIONS TO RESERVE YOUR BOOTH OR SUITE: PLEASE FILL OUT THE RESERVATION FORM:
Once you have selected either the single booth or the pavilion suite or possibly both, go to the top of the page and click on the “Booth reservation form” tab. Download and fill out the reservation form, include your selected booth or pavilion suite number and cost and email it back to us. Once we receive your email, we will put a hold on your selection. If it is already taken we will recommend the nearest best.
If your exporters need an “Invitation Letter” for their visa we will prepare that for you once we receive a 50% deposit on your booth or pavilion.
BYPASS VISA PROBLEM:
We understand the visa situation in many countries. We have considered an option to bypass the visa problem and open the door to new markets
Here is How. A leader of your chamber or association could represent many of your members by having a pavilion and showcasing your country’s products. Which means that many or all of your members could have their products seen by thousands of buyers and the pavilion would be headed by one or two of the leaders of your chamber. All sample products would be on display for buyers to see, ask questions and can pick up the marketing materials provided by your members. All questions will be answered by the one or two leaders of your chamber and all contacts will be immediately given back to all those companies that have put display their sample products for them to follow up later |
